This page is a description of the log out functionality.
The log out functionality is invoked by clicking the Log Out link found in the navigation bar of many of the interfaces in the application.
When invoked from the interface manager interface or the host manager interface, if there are unsaved changes, the message bar turns red and asks the user for confirmation, warning that logging out will dismiss the changes. Two links are offered at the end of the message. The Log Out link confirms the log out, logs the user out, and loads the login interface, covered in User Manual - Login. The Cancel link returns the user to the interface with the changes still loaded, but unsaved.
When invoked from any other interface, log out logs the user out and loads the login interface without confirmation.
